Planning, Labor, and Delivery

You and I will meet 2-3 times before your due date to discuss your birthing plan and options for pregnancy, labor, and delivery. You will have unlimited support from me throughout your pregnancy. When you go into labor, contact me. I will join you when active labor begins. I will see you through the birthing process and then leave your family to enjoy your newest member.

Post-Natal Care

I will return to your home to visit with your family after your baby's birth to discuss the birthing process and make sure your needs are being met.

$500- My doula package is a flat fee and includes having contact with me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via phone, email, or text.

If for any reason (illness, family emergency) I am not available when you go into labor, I have teamed up with Arizona Birth Doula. Brittney Sartori is an amazing doula and will take great care of you!

"Linda was my doula for the birth of my first baby a few months ago and she was wonderful! I had a natural delivery and she helped me deal with the pain naturally and suggested ways to progress labor that worked! My husband and I wanted a lot of alone time and when we wanted space she made sure that we had it. More than anything I appreciate the emotional support she gave me. There were times when my husband and I both needed it and she was there. We didn't know ahead of time that we would need that but we did and we're so glad Linda was there! She met all of our expectations. We will definitely be using Linda as our doula in the future. "

"Working with Linda was such a pleasure! My husband and I were really skeptical when it came to hiring a doula initially. I had done a lot of research though, and because we desired a VBAC, we decided spending the extra money would be worth it. We met with Linda three times before the birth, and felt she really took the time to get to know our family and our individual situation. She knew what we desired out of this birth and did everything within her power to support us. She stayed by my side for over 24 straight hours as we experienced labor and delivery and was a HUGE asset to us. She helped me to work through contractions more effectively, helped my husband to understand how he could be of the most assistance, helped us to understand our options as medical professionals intervened, and advocated for me and the birth I desired. She contacted me multiple times in the weeks following delivery, just to check in and see how I was recovering and adapting to our new family. We met with her once again post-partum and it was so helpful to have her talk through my birth story with me and sort through the details I couldn't fully recall. She was truly priceless! We intend to hire Linda for any and all future births."

"Linda was my doula for my first pregnancy. Having never gone through a pregnancy before, I was a little apprehensive. Linda wanted to know about all of my fears and concerns, and addressed each one. She was able to calm my nerves and educate both of us while we created our birth plan. When things didn't go according to our plan, Linda was there every step of the way, from contractions to pushing. She is a knowledgable, calming presence, and I am so glad we had her by our side for the birth of our son."
